6.2 Publication Notice

Photos and videos published online are worldwide accessible. Full control over further use by third parties cannot be guaranteed.

6.3 Withdrawal of Consent

6.4 Group Photos/Videos

Withdrawal of consent for group photos or videos does not automatically remove the entire content, unless the individual is the main focus or overriding privacy interests exist.

  • Classes are non-transferable; only the registered participant may use the booking.
  • Cancellation of classes by participants at least 24 hours prior results in a credit; late cancellations or no-shows are forfeited.
  • Workshops are non-refundable.
  • If the Organizer cancels a class or workshop, participants receive a credit.
  • Credits are not transferable and valid for 6 months from issuance.

Note: This information is relevant to processing personal data as it forms part of booking, billing, and attendance records.

 

12.Payment and Financial Data

Payment information is collected solely for processing your bookings.
We retain payment data only as required for accounting or tax purposes.

 

13.Liability & Safety

Participation is at your own risk.
The Organizer is not liable for injuries or health issues unless caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
Personal belongings are the participant’s responsibility.

 

14.Exclusion of Withdrawal / Refund Rights

There is no right of withdrawal for booked classes or workshops, as these are leisure services with fixed dates (Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB, Germany).
Refunds are only possible if the Organizer cancels the class or workshop, in which case a credit is issued.

 

15.Security Measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss.

 

16.Minors

Our services are intended for participants aged 18 and older. Participants under 18 require parental consent.
